A Major in the crack Alpini regiment of specialised mountain troops, Delnegro accompanied Malcolm Quarrie, Roberto Anzalone and Carlo Schippone on the purported expedition to Tibet in 1929. It is thought that Delnegro went for no other reason than the Fascist government's desire to control all facets of Italian life and he is not thought to have any connection to The Brothers of the Yellow Sign.
