Reporter with the 'London World', it was Watts who wrote the story revealing the details of the Canal urders and claiming the killer was a monster. After Nathaniel Browne gave him a lead to Vincent Tuck and Lawrence Bacon in the hope of learning more from Watts the reporter disappeared only to be fished out of the Regents canal two days later, the third and final victim of the killer.
